FESTIVAL DATES

The 2026 Drifters Music Festival is going to be held Saturday & Sunday, May 23-24.

FESTIVAL HOURS

Doors open at 2:30pm on Saturday and Sunday and will run until 10:00pm each night.

FESTIVAL LOCATION

Drifters Music Festival 2026 is at J Resort's Festival Grounds in Downtown Reno, NV. The main gates are located at 299 Ralston Street, Reno, NV 89503 (between 2nd & 3rd Streets).

JMF Presents is dedicated to providing a fun, positive, and safe experience for all guests. We ask that you please be aware of and abide by the following policies:

GENERAL POLICIES

  • All attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • All tickets are non-refundable.
  • The event is rain or shine.
  • Artists are subject to change without notice.

CLEAR BAG POLICY

To ensure the safety of all guests, backpacks, large purses, and bags are not permitted inside the venue. If you need to bring a bag, it must comply with the following guidelines:

  • Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc or similar)
  • Small purses, clutch bags, or fanny packs no larger than 6.5” x 4.5”
  • Medical or diaper bags containing items necessary for medical or child care needs

All bags are subject to inspection upon entry.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

The following items are not permitted inside the venue:

  • Chairs or shade structures
  • Outside food or beverages
    Alcohol, flasks, or coolers of any kind
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Pepper spray or mace
  • Air horns or noisemakers
  • Laser pointers
  • Musical instruments
  • Bicycles, skates, scooters, or skateboards
  • Motorized personal vehicles (one-wheels, Segways, etc.)
  • Any kind of thowing items or balls
  • Illegal substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia
  • Umbrellas, EZ-ups, or temporary shade elements
  • Signs or banners
  • Selfie sticks or tripods
  • Flyers, samples, or promotional materials
  • Fire-starting or fire-producing objects
  • Professional photo, video, or audio recording equipment without prior approval
  • Pets or animals (except registered service animals that actively assist individuals with disabilities – please contact us in advance)

ALLOWED ITEMS

Attendees may bring the following items into the venue:

  • One towel or small blanket for seating in General Admission areas only (maximum size: 3’ x 5’)
  • Cameras with lenses 3 inches or shorter
  • One sealed clear plastic water bottle up to 1 liter
  • One empty plastic water bottle to refill at the water station
  • Strollers or wagons (must be accompanied by a child)
  • Sunblock
  • Sunglasses
  • Bags that comply with the Clear Bag Policy

All individuals and their belongings are subject to search. Anyone possessing PROHIBITED ITEMS will be asked to return them to their vehicles before being allowed to enter the venue or will be asked to dispose of the item in the garbage cans provided at the gate.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are not permitted at the venue:

  • Entering the venue without a valid ticket
  • Occupying any seat or area without the appropriate ticket
  • Throwing objects of any kind
  • Irresponsible or disruptive behavior, including excessive alcohol consumption
  • Creating distractions that interfere with the performance or performers
  • Smoking outside of designated smoking areas
  • Mistreatment of other guests or staff, including but not limited to verbal abuse, harassment, profanity, intimidation, threats, or physical confrontations
  • Displaying gestures, attire, or language that is profane or that promotes, encourages, or perpetuates discrimination or harassment based on race, creed, color, age, religion, gender, marital status, public assistance status, national origin, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, or that encourages illegal activity

Failure to follow the instructions of law enforcement, security, ushers, ticket takers, or any Drifters Music Festival personnel may result in ejection from the venue without refund.

SECURITY & ENFORCEMENT

  • All individuals and their belongings are subject to search upon entry
  • Anyone found in possession of prohibited items will be required to:
    - Return the item to their vehicle before entering, or;
    - Dispose of the item in the designated trash receptacles at the gate
  • All policies will be strictly enforced. Guests who fail to comply will be ejected from the venue
  • All ejections are documented, and individuals removed from the venue may be banned from future events
  • Policies are subject to change without notice

All tickets will be exchanged for a festival wristband upon entry. Your wristband is required for access to the event.

  • Do not remove your wristband for any reason.
  • Wristbands that are removed, lost, damaged, shared, or tampered with will not be replaced.
  • If your wristband is lost, broken, or misplaced, a new ticket must be purchased for re-entry.

MAIN GATES

The Main Entry Gates are for GA and VIP ticket holders is located on Ralston Street between 2nd and 3rd streets. There is also a special VIP only entrance located on 3rd Street between Arlington Ave and Ralston Street.

ENTRY

We offer an accessible entry lane at the main festival entrance. Guests with disabilities and one companion may use this lane for safer, easier entry. Stop by our Box Office at the Main Entry Gates for any additional assistance you need.

MEDICAL & FIRST AID

A First Aid station staffed with trained medical professionals is located inside the festival grounds and available to assist with medical needs during the event.

ADA VIEWING AREA

A Designated accessible viewing areas is provided for guests with disabilities. These spaces are first-come, first-served, and companions may be asked to stand behind the accessible area if space is limited. Please check in with the Box Office for location and access details.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY

The Festival Grounds are navigable by wheelchair and other mobility devices. Attendees are responsible for their own mobility aids (wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, canes). Charging support for motorized devices is available upon request. The venue does not provide wheelchair or scooter rentals, so please bring your own.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Service animals trained to perform specific tasks for individuals with disabilities are permitted in the venue. Emotional support, therapy, and companion animals are not allowed. All service animals must be verified at the Box Office and must remain with their handler at all times. A service animal agreement and credential will be issued at the Box Office.
