PAYMENT PLAN TERMS & CONDITIONS
By selecting the payment plan option at checkout, you authorize your credit card to be charged for the first installment at the time of purchase. Subsequent payments, including any applicable payment plan fees, will be automatically charged on the dates specified in your payment plan until the balance is paid in full.
If a payment is declined, you will receive an automatic email notification. We will then attempt to process the payment two additional times, each one week apart.
If all three payment attempts fail, your payment plan will be automatically canceled. Within 24 hours of the third failed attempt, your booking will convert to manual payments, and any remaining payment plan fees will be removed from your outstanding balance.
To continue your booking, you must manually pay the remaining balance by logging into your account.
Please note: Tickets will not be issued until the full balance is paid.
All sales are final. No refunds—full or partial—will be issued if the payment plan is not completed. However, in the event that the show is canceled, full refunds will be offered to all ticket holders, including those on payment plans.
